OFFBasyaNet does not operate or bundle a public VPN server. System follows your Windows VPN/proxy. Manual proxy routes only BasyaNet web tabs through a SOCKS5/HTTP/HTTPS proxy you provide. Local BasyaNet hosting stays direct.
A configured proxy changes BasyaNet web-tab routing only. It does not change networking for other Windows apps.
